Never mind, I found the information I needed about the site.

I am not able to access ftps.na.sage.com, which I use to download source code for Sage 100c. I get the error "Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity" just trying to connect to the IP address, before it even attempts to authenticate. Is the site down?
