Did you manage to get this resolved? 403 forbiddens can occur if your passing an incorrect authorisation ID into the query params of the request, also ensure you are using the correct base URL as documented on the Banking Service developer portal. Please reach out to the team using the agreed channels if you require further support.

Afternoon Carl, Feel free to reach out to our team directly with any questions by replying to the email in which your credentials where sent. On the Sage Banking Service Side you are giving a set of sandbox credentials, all your pre production environments (dev, qa etc) should point towards this. Therefore you only require a single set of credentials for development and testing purposes. When completing the sign up process you can define your connector API URLs, if you need this amended please reach out to us directly as detailed above. These should have been sent in the email in which your credentials was provided. Again please reach out to me if this has been missed. Thanks, Jordan.

Added FAQ section (You can find our most asked questions at the bottom of key pages). We have now created a playground bank that you can use to test your solutions. Learn how to secure your integration into the Banking Service. We have updated our test plan with new items and you can check tests off once you have completed them. Our integrate section now allows you to get up and running even quicker. You can now request your production credentials when your ready to go live. Run through our launch checklist to ensure you haven't missed anything. We have also fixed tons of issues and added new features based on your feedback. To name a few: Details on issuer and audience validation. Updated support products and regions page. Amended Re-Auth flow with detailed request data. Updated API Specification to fit latest open API version. More detailed multi account link descriptions. You can now easily select the API specification you need.
