  1. Hi Surya, Thank you for showing an interest in integrating with Sage 200. In answer to your questions: The data for Sage 200 Standard is held in Azure. There is still a desktop application which needs to be installed for desktop users to access this data. Sage 200 Professional can either be hosted locally on your own in house server, or there is an offering that has Sage 200 Professional hosted in Azure. If you have a Business Partner, or a client who has a Sage Business Partner, it would be best to discuss which variant of Sage 200 they have. Alternatively, should you choose to join the Developers Programme to develop for both the API and the SDK that Sage 200 has to offer, you will be able to use a copy of Sage 200 Professional in Azure yourself. The API for Sage 200 Standard is enabled by default, however for Sage 200 Professional you will need to go through a series of steps to enable the API. These are covered and supported by our network of Sage Business Partners. Further information can be found here. The API does work in real time. You will need to have the API enabled before integrating. Information on how to get started with the Sage 200 API, including requesting Development credentials from ourselves can be found here. No, the Sage Business Cloud Accounting API is for our Sage Business Cloud Accounting product. All Sage 200 API documentation including endpoints can be found here. Hopefully this answers all of your questions, but if there is anything else you'd like to know just let me know!
  2. Hi both, The Developer Services team only covers UK products, such as Sage 200 Standard, Sage 200 Professional, Sage 50cloud Accounts, Sage 50cloud Payroll and Sage Business Cloud Accounting. Sage 200c Advanced is a Spanish product and further information on their API can be found here.
  3. Hi Brad, This isn't currently possible, the fields that are available to the case endpoints can all be found here. If you want to see this functionality available I would suggest reaching out to the CRM team through Sage City in the forums. Thanks, Ian Brierley Developer Support Technician
  4. Hi Matthew, Its not a term I am familiar with in the POP module. Can you show me a screenshot of the field you are attempting to update please? I can then look to see how this is updated or if we have any examples in our help files.
  5. Hi Matthew, Can you just clarify what you mean by 'lot numbers'? Which area of the program are you importing information in to?
  6. Morning Dave. Can I ask how have you set up the API? Was this using the Azure Active Directory Tunnel? Are you able to return any sites if you log into onlineservices.sage200.co.uk with the Sage ID assigned to the user who set the API up? Can you attach screenshots of the API tab in System Administration please?
