  1. Hi David, You can contact the Sage 300 Developer Support team at [email protected] for help with this issue. Regards,
  2. GraphQL was introduced to X3 around 2020 R2 and so will be included in 2020R4 (12.0.24).
  3. Hi Justin, There isn't any documentation showing cumulative changes, but the version release notes should indicate any changes to the GraphQL API.
  4. Hi Mat, If it is the GraphQL API that you are interested in, you can access a sandbox/explorer environment here. It is populated with demo data, but doesn't allow Mutations, and is limited to returning scaled back results sets - https://apidemo.sagex3.com/demo/service/X3CLOUDV2_SEED/explorer/
  5. Hi Becky, I'm looking into this for you now. Looking at the return from a query to the node, it appears that the _updateStamp is just returning the current date and time so it may be an issue in the sandbox. I'll post back here as soon as I have an update for you
  6. I've checked on the Roadmap and the intention is to launch the ADC component which utilises GraphQL API in 2021 R2 and then to release the GraphQL API Itself into both Cloud and On Premise versions of X3 in 2021 R3. Please check the roadmap, or ask again nearer the release to be sure of this as the release schedule could change in the interim.
  7. Hi, At the moment the GraphQL API is only available in cloud versions. I'll try and get an answer on if and when it will be added into the On Premise version for you.
  8. Hi, As far as I can see the GraphQL API has not implemented support for the Fixed Asset Module yet. You can access this data using the Import/Export Web Service however.
  9. Hi, Depending which products you use you'll see that we're already using some of these API Protocols. For Example, Sage X3 has introduced a GraphQL API which is documented here - https://developers.sage.com/x3/graphql/ and a REST based Data Integration API which is documented here - https://developers.sage.com/x3/data-integration/
  10. Hi All, I'm Stephen and I'm a Technical Enablement Manager in the Medium Segment ISV team, focussing on X3 and the BMS Products(Sage 100, 200, 300 etc.) If you have any questions about the ISV programme for these products please feel free to reach out to me.
