Am I the only one that has issues with half the toolbar hidden, when I try to print or send an email from Sage 50 Premium Canadian Edition?

I find whenever I go to "pay expenses" the window is always a 1/4 hidden by being at the bottom of the screen. I always have to drag it up before I can start paying bills. Is there a way of making the window "stay" to where I place it. I find in the other modules it stays wherever you drag it to.

Whenever I want to look up a payment, by default the lookup screen is always several years old, is there a way of making the lookup screen close to the session date? Instead of always having to type in or scroll to the current year?
