Hi Folks, 

Trying to get some API integrations set up for our SaaS inventory management product for Sage Intacct.  We've signed up for a trial account, and are in the developers community, but seems you need to be in the main Intacct community to raise a support ticket to get the Customer ID etc.    For clarity, we can access a Sage environment, using creds we setup for a trial and know our Company ID (I think), but no way of telling our Customer ID.

Called support and was told to talk to our Account Manager (which we don't have).

Any advice or guidance is welcome, as we're going round in circles here...

In order to access our API you have to be a customer or partner and have a subscription to our web services developer SKU. There currently is no trial version of the API that anyone can access. This may change in the future however this is the current state.
