Sage 200 connecting with Zapier

Hi there,

My client has "Sage 200 Standard Online" and we are looking to connect it with Zapier. However, whenever I try to connect I get the following error message;

Error EC02, account not recognised
Looks like you’re trying to log in with details that belong to another product, or you have

changed your email address recently.

Check you have selected the right product, or email address and try (logging in) again.

 

My access rights is full admin so unsure why it's showing this message. Can "Sage 200 Standard Online" connect with Zapier or is it another package?
