Korda API Posted July 1 Share Posted July 1 Dear Support Team, I am currently attempting to update a custom field, specifically "analysis_code_1", dynamically through an API call in our Sage 200 Extra environment. Despite making valid requests using both PUT /sop_orders/{id} and POST /sop_orders, and ensuring the inclusion of correct authorization tokens and a valid request body, I have encountered issues where the updates do not reflect in the system and always getting back 401 Unauthorized . Could you please assist in clarifying if there are any account settings or configurations that could potentially restrict updates to custom fields like analysis_code_1? Additionally, I would appreciate any insights into potential pitfalls or best practices I might be overlooking in my attempts to update these fields.
