SUPDOCID reporting/API in Intacct

Make SUPDOCID available in Custom Reports, Smart Rules/Events/Triggers, and the Query API calls. I have customers that want to require attachments on certain transactions (mostly GL) and there's currently no way to put rules on it, nor a way to report on it. The only option would be to write a custom application that cycles through all the Read results for all the attachments in the system and join them to the originating transactions. That's far too complex for the solution needed.
