Simon Collings Posted September 16, 2024 Posted September 16, 2024 (edited) Hi, We are looking to integrate with Sage 200 version 2022-r2 and can see the available endpoints on the docs however, struggling to piece it all together. We need to create an open Sales Order in sage with normal line items, allocate the stock, periodically mark them as dispatched (or part), create invoices for the depatched items, and finally complete the Sales order when the last item has been dispatched. Does anyone have any experience knowing which endpoints we need to trigger, and if this is even possible on this version of the API? Thanks! Edited September 16, 2024 by Simon Collings
Nigel Smith Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 The Sage 200 API may not cover the full range of functionality provided to Sage 20 0developers via the SDK. I'm working with another software company who is integrating a warehouse system with Sage 200 via the API. They have hit a few obstacles in the first phase of development. The API seems limited. I'll ask them about the "allocation" of SOP orders (when sage 200 settings are not set to allocate on order entry). I can't see any endpoint in 2024-r1. I also can't see any endpoint for invoicing despatched sales orders. If sage 200 API did have an end point to print and post, then If the lines on the order of the invoice are fully invoiced (printed and posted) sage 200 marks order as complete. https://developer.sage.com/200/professional/2024-r1/sop/#tag/SOP-Confirm-Despatch/operation/GetSOPConfirmDespatch
