Basic Sales Order flow with APIs

Hi,

We are looking to integrate with Sage 200 version 2022-r2 and can see the available endpoints on the docs however, struggling to piece it all together.

We need to create an open Sales Order in sage with normal line items, allocate the stock, periodically mark them as dispatched (or part), create invoices for the depatched items, and finally complete the Sales order when the last item has been dispatched. Does anyone have any experience knowing which endpoints we need to trigger, and if this is even possible on this version of the API?
