No webhook for invoice

I am currently using Sage Cloud, and I need to automatically add a payment link to the invoice notes whenever an invoice is created. Ideally, this should be done by listening to the webhook payload. However, the only solution I have right now is using a cron job that runs every 3 seconds, which is consuming a lot of compute resources. Is there anyone who can help us access a webhook that Sage might have built but hasn’t exposed in the developer documentation?
