Hi @Steel, Mark, Yes I was and managed to create a additional step to first retrieve the Contact Ref from Sage and then use this in my Zap. Thank you, JJ

We are trying to connect WooCommerce to Sage Accounting via Zapier. We have a zap setup that creates a new customer in Sage when a customer is created in WooCommerce. This works no problem. However trying to create a new sales invoice triggered by a complete order in WooCommerce it gives us the error 504 Gateway Time-out every time. How can we fix this?
