  1. Hi there, I'm excited to join the SAGE World community! I've transitioned from another ERP system that was based on MSSQL. In my previous experience, we adhered to a set of best practices with Crystal Reports, such as: Limiting direct Crystal Reports on tables, favoring stored procedures and occasionally views. Using NOLOCK in all stored procedure calls unless a lock was necessary to avoid dirty read risks. Avoiding SQL Commands in reports unless the command encapsulated all the report's data. I'm curious to learn if similar best practices apply to SAGE, especially in the context of Crystal Reports for MSSQL. Are these practices still relevant, or have they evolved? Any insights, advice, or shared experiences would be immensely appreciated. Looking forward to learning and contributing to the community!
