Greetings! I am helping our organization integrate Sage 50 with Concur Expense & Invoice. Concur will be building custom exports for us to map to our implementation of Sage; however, I'm trying to figure out the import format for Sage and am running into a wall. First, it's important to note that as the technical guy for the org, I don't know accounting and have never actually used this software. I do however know data and systems in general; so please forgive a dumb question about Sage itself. I found a KB article that suggest that import templates can be found on the local file system; however, in this case, the file location noted in the KB article doesn't exist on our accountant's local file system. A search of her hard drive for an "Import Templates" folder also doesn't yield a result. So my question is, is this KB article simply wrong or outdated or am I missing something super basic here?
