Issue with "Generate API Session"

I apologize if this isn't the right spot for this - I was directed here from a response email. I'm going through the "Your First XML API Calls" guide and I'm unable to Generate API Session. I receive a 400-Bad Request. I've downloaded the Postman files, and I BEIEVE I have my environment set up correctly (according to the tutorial). I'm not sure how to proceed.
