WW_MESS error import SDH

Good morning, we make a call to a WS WSIMPORT (SSH) from .net and in X3 we have a SPEIMPSDHS that records the trace using the function

ECR_TRACE and it is returned by the WS in WW_MESS, well, sometimes it does not work, that is, the WW_MESS variable does not record the message sent by ECR_TRACE. Has it happened to anyone?
