Sage 200 Cloud API response times

Hi,

I'm accessing the Cloud Sage 200 Standard API via https://api.columbus.sage.com/uk/sage200/accounts/v1/ I'm finding response times vary from <1 second to 100+ seconds for simple lookups like listing sites on my account as well as posting invoices to a company when running requests from both manually using postman and automatically using scripts. Has anyone else found the same?

Looking at the API dashboard I can see huge spikes in response times registering throughout the last 7 days. This issue seems to have started around 2 months ago.
