Duplicate records on fetching employees from Sage HR using List active employees in company API

Hi 
I am using List active employees in company API (https://developer.sage.com/hr/reference/api-ref/#tag/Employee/paths/~1employees/get) to fetch all the active employees from the Sage HR system. The API is returning around 30 duplicate records and some records are getting missed in the response. I have created a trial account for testing purposes where I have noticed this issue. Is there a known issue or any workaround is available ?.
