ronen givon Posted January 31, 2022 Posted January 31, 2022 Hi, I maintain integrations between our software and SageOne. We have a sporadic issue when refreshing the authentication token. Once in a while the request fails and we don't get the new token. Leaving us with an old refresh token that doesn't work anymore. In that case we've been forced to ask our clients to reconnect the integration. Can you advise on a workaround? We also integrate with Xero and the approach they've taken is to allow for a grace period of 30 mins. So that if the refresh request fails the refresh token is still valid.

I'll certainly feed this back to our engineering team, as I can fully appreciate the frustration. Do you have further details on whats happening when you get these failures? Ben
