Sage HR - sandbox?

Hi.

I'm looking to start building integration with a Sage HR. I was able to locate the API docs -  great. I have two questions:

1. Is there any way I can get access to any sandbox to test my integration?

2. Is it possible to setup a webhooks for employee updates?
