Error GW-0011

I've downloaded the Sample C# application and Postman collection for Sage Intacct. Provided the sender_id, sender_password, user_id, user_password, and company_id. I get the following error. Does anyone know what Error GW-0011 is caused by? It says Invalid Request on the C# sample application and Postman collection. I haven't changed the code on either of them.
