Error EC02, account not recognized

Hello,

 

We have developped an App with Sage, and we are wondering why some of our customers are getting:

Error EC02, account not recognized

Looks like you are trying to log in with details that belong to another product, or you have changed your email address recently"

 

We have to create an app for each Sage product ? Maybe we have missed an important information.
