Versioning using GIT

Hello,

I am looking for a solution to compare sage X3 text files (Production, pre-production, TEST, DEV). 

Development versioning that would have the same functions as GIT (identification of modifications by user, merge, merging of branches).  

Comparison and merging of DEV, TEST and PROD files (semi-automatic).

We are 5 developer and it's became the jungle !!!

Have you used or seens some solutions ?

I think we all suffer with that. Using GIT is a solution for now, but does not solve it all.
