  1. Hi @Nenad Cikic,

Thanks for getting in touch, and welcome.

For Sage 100 (Sage Construction and Real Estate Partners | Sage US) you need to be a member of a program in the US, which I believe is why there's not more documentation freely available for it. Whilst it's not a product I have experience with, if you contact [email protected], she will be able to provide you with more information on the programme, and the resource available etc.

Let me know if you don't get anywhere and I'll see what else I can suggest.

    Thanks,

    Ben

  2. Hi Rodney,

Apologies for the delay in getting to you.

With the UK version of Sage 50cloud Accounts (formerly known as Line 50), you have a couple of integration options in the form of ODBC queries for reading data, and an SDK. There isn't a RESTful API available, unless you use one of our partners (Codat, Hyperext etc.) who offer one using an on-prem installed middleware.

To my knowledge there isn't an integration Zoho have done with an on-premise product, only via a REST API to products like Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

    Hope that helps,

    Ben

  3. Giancarlo,

If this is the UK version of Sage 50cloud Accounts, it doesn't currently have a RESTful API available. You have the option of either using an ODBC connection for read-only queries, or the 50 SDK as part of the developer programme.

If this is something you are interested in, let us know by getting in touch via this address: [email protected]

    thanks,

    Ben

  4. Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch,

This forum is for developer support using Sage Business Cloud Accounting, a cloud native accounting software.

I'm sorry to see you are having issues in Sage 50cloud Accounts, I've not seen reports of this behaviour, so I'd strongly recommend you check your data for any signs of corruption and contact our support team:

via web chat: Sage Help Centre

    call:  0191 479 5955 (UK), or 014 470 822 (Ireland)

    Thanks,

    Ben

  5. Hi Adam,

Unfortunately not, we don't currently have the means for this app registry's credentials to be migrated to another user.

All you can really do is set up another one, this time using a more general email, that multiple people in the company will have access to and create a new app, then update the credentials in your app.

I wish there were a way, and its something that will be available in the future, once Accounting joins our main app registry (you've probably noticed there's two in the list).

    Apologies for the inconvenience,

    Ben

  6. Hi Miles,

The docs you have referenced are for Sage Accounting which is a multi-region cloud native application. For Sage 50 in the US, you would need to join the partner programme, which you can find out about via this link: https://www.sage.com/en-us/partners/join-us/

You can sign up here: https://partnerhub.sage.com/?eid=1302

Someone from the team should then be in touch to discuss things further, and should also be able to assist re: Sage 100 too.

  7. Hi @A FAlain,

Sorry, I've re-read your initial post and this is a very poor error message, but credit notes are not available in the Accounting Start variant.

As such you'll need to create a new trial here for either an Accounting Standard or Plus variant (depending on region).

Its always worth checking on the API reference, as we note which variants support each endpoint there.

I'll feed this error messaging back to the engineering teams as well.

  8. So a colleague in Spain has told me that in order to proceed you need to enroll into a course which can be registered for using this email: [email protected]

If you contact them, apparently they will be able to give you the next steps for 200c ES.

Again, apologies for the complexity - if you have any other issues let me know,

    Ben

  9. Hi Miles,

I don't believe we have a definitive list or what's required for each product, but I agree this would be a really helpful thing to have. I'll look into trying to put something together.

In the meantime, if you list out the products (and geographical regions) you are wanting to work with, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction for each.

  10. Welcome to the developer community Joju.

I assume with you referencing Sage 100 you are working in the US? If so I'd recommend joining Sage City which is another area for some of our other products.

We hope to have everything in one place at some point, but for now I'd head to https://www.sagecity.com/us/ then check out the local products for both 100 and 50 US.

If I'm wrong about the US let me know and I'll do what I can to help!

    Ben
