OAUTH2 error Authorise Application Error

Hello everyone. I'm trying to login into my account using ouath but after making request "get https://www.sageone.com/oauth2/auth/central?filter=apiv3.1" I am being redirected to https://central.na.sageone.com/errors/oauth-failed page. There is my request example: https://www.sageone.com/oauth2/auth/central?filter=apiv3.1&client_id=XFDdy..........phx&redirect_uri=http://3.......321.ngrok.io/sage-finish/&response_type=code. Can you tell me please where is the problem?
