The sender ID 'ajax' is not authorized to make Web Services

I'm testing a page script and get this message:

The sender ID 'ajax' is not authorized to make Web Services requests to company ID 'XYZ'. [Support ID: 5B65EEB069%7EZhhRlP0v23I-WUzWoG8s2wAAAA0]

Contact the company administrator to grant Web Services authorization to this sender ID.

 

In Company > Admin > Web Services users  I created a platform user called 'ajax'. When that didn't work I tried changing the user type to business with full admin and that didn't work either.

I found it! Its in Company > Setup > Configuration > Company > Security tab
