Bank transactions not importing into Sage Business Cloud

Hi all. Does anyone have advice for banking import into Sage Business CLoud, When I import bank transactions whether ofx or csv, I get an error saying 5 rows failed to import. I have been processing cashbooks via ofx import all along but I am suddenly getting this error. Please advise as I am starting to get really frustrated with this disfunctionality!
