Smart event no longer working - EEXPENSESITEM

Good day,

I have a smart event which updated a field on the line item of an employee expense which is not working anymore (it returns an error). The last time that it worked was the 9th of April 2024. 

The API body is:

<EEXPENSESITEM>

 <RECORDNO>{!EEXPENSESITEM.RECORDNO!}</RECORDNO>

 <GLDIMSALES_REP>{!EEXPENSESITEM.PROJECT.SALES_REP_ID!}</GLDIMSALES_REP> 

</EEXPENSESITEM>

 </update>

(GLDIMSALES_REP is a UDD)

Any suggestions as to what could have changed?
