I am a new Sage Intacct Developer How do I obtain Credentials

Hello All, 

Sage is such a massive brand and I have gone through "SignUp" lane going from place to place trying to get in contact with someone so I can obtain webuser Sender ID & Passwords (credentials) it says contact your account manager, but I don't have one as I don't use sage but our clients do! any help would be extremely appreciated, I feel like i am running in circles Thank you
