ARPYMTDETAIL api not return details for ro (applied AR overpayment)

i got the list using "ARPYMT" api but when i going to get details by using "ARPYMTDETAIL" its return empty. this is only happen for records belongs to "RECORDTYPE" = "ro" (ro for applied AR overpayment), any reason for that?
