create category item type in api

Hi, is it possible to create a category_item_type using the api? I can see how to get the category item types but not how to create one using the api

Hi @WILLIAM GREENE,

Product category_items are not currently exposed in the API's. We have a ticket on our backlog(AC-7649) to which I'll add your details should it be selected for development in the future.
