Joe Benney Posted June 27 Share Posted June 27 As a VAR, we are often accessing environments with slidein credentials. Can we authorize the application we are setting up with our slidein user if it has the appropriate permissions? I've tried this in one of our test companies and have not had any luck. I am able to authorize the application if I setup a direct user but was hoping that additional step wouldn't be necessary. Is there something I am doing wrong? In R4 later this year we will be allowing you to slide in with an external user, take the session ID and use it instead of an access token to support your customers.
