Login error: "AutheAuthentication failed, please verify username and password and try again" - Sage X3

Hi expert,

I deployed one virtual machine with Sage X3 version 12 patch 19 installed in Azure.
I could login and operate in Sage X3 normally at first. But after a short while, somehow this error came out.
I just did some simple operations before this error happened, such as opening of fiscal years/periods, adding products.
And I could never login in Sage X3 again once this error occurred.
I tried to redeploy a new VM and the same error happened again each time.

Could anyone tell me how to fix this issue? Thanks.
