Outh2 authorization redirect fails with "An unhandled lowlevel error occured" message

Hi Team.

We're implementing an app which connects to Sage Business Accounting through Oauth2 redirect. The flow as follows

1. The user leaves our app and redirected to Sage page which lists region to choose from (screenshot-1)

2. The user selects "Canada"

3. The user lands on an error page (screenshot-2) which says "An unhandled lowlevel error occured. The application logs may have details".

Can you help us understand what is causing this failure? Please note, for the same app and flow, it does successfully connect too so it does not fail always.

Looking forward to get this issue resolved.

Thank you!

Sethu

Hi Sethupathi,

Thanks for providing those details.

So this is an intermittent issue is that correct?

Have you checked your own application logs? Can you also advise what language/framework you are using for this app please?

Thanks,

Ben

Hi Ben,

Thanks for your response. Yes, it was an intermittent issue but happened few times for different users.

My understanding is that, as this happens after selecting the region in Sage page, it's already out of our application into Sage serving pages hence do not see anything in our logs. We're building the end user app which is a javascript application but we're using an intermediate service for integration with Sage which I'm not sure of the language. I can get those details if required.

Regards,

Sethu
