Payment Module

[Canon 450]

I find whenever I go to "pay expenses" the window is always a 1/4 hidden by being at the bottom of the screen. I always have to drag it up before I can start paying bills. Is there a way of making the window "stay" to where I place it. I find in the other modules it stays wherever you drag it to.
