When we change the cellphone number or address this update is not triggering an update. In some cases, if we pull the full customer we can see the information has updated but the modified date does not update and therefore the update endpoint does not return the change. We have also had instances where the modified date is updated 6 hours after the information was updated. Any ideas on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
