Adding Contact Feild to search and select

Good morning

 

I have added a new field to SORDER that would allow sales people to select someone from CONTACTCRM as the card holder, but I am receiving the error below. 

I added ZCARDHOLDER to the screen, validated and validated the entry transaction, but not sure where I went wrong.  I've Attached screenshot of table and screen.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
