Authentication error with production account

I've created a web app and I can connect to my trial Sage account but when a client tries to connect to their real Sage account they are getting an authentication error (that's all the screen says).  Do I need to do something so my dev app can connect with live production accounts?

Hi Paul, thank you for your question. The app registry provides you with production keys which require no further action when going live with the app.
Is the Auth failing after they enter their credentials or does it allow them to select a country before failing?
What callback url's do you have registered in app registry? Is it possible your production callback url is not listed? 

Could you Direct Message me with the email address the user is trying to authenticate with please.
