Sage 50 On Premises Invoice Exporter - Username In Use

Hi,

I have had an exporter running Version 28 of the c# Sage 50 SDK that pushes invoices into sage from our facilities management software; this has worked previously, and continues to work for other customers, but for one customer I am getting "Username is already in use". I have checked active sessions and renamed queue.dta, the two pointers I had already found for solving this, and created an entirely fresh data set with a unique login just for the software to use, and still no luck 

any suggestions as to what could be causing this/what to do about it?
