  1. Hi, From the exception shown, it looks as though you are using the .NET SDK to integrate with Sage 200? If so, please get in touch with our Developer Support team, who handle 200 support queries by emailing [email protected]. Thanks, Ben
  2. Hi @Nenad Cikic, Thanks for getting in touch, and welcome. For Sage 100 (Sage Construction and Real Estate Partners | Sage US) you need to be a member of a program in the US, which I believe is why there's not more documentation freely available for it. Whilst it's not a product I have experience with, if you contact [email protected], she will be able to provide you with more information on the programme, and the resource available etc. Let me know if you don't get anywhere and I'll see what else I can suggest. Thanks, Ben
  3. Hi Rodney, Apologies for the delay in getting to you. With the UK version of Sage 50cloud Accounts (formerly known as Line 50), you have a couple of integration options in the form of ODBC queries for reading data, and an SDK. There isn't a RESTful API available, unless you use one of our partners (Codat, Hyperext etc.) who offer one using an on-prem installed middleware. To my knowledge there isn't an integration Zoho have done with an on-premise product, only via a REST API to products like Sage Business Cloud Accounting. Hope that helps, Ben
  4. Giancarlo, If this is the UK version of Sage 50cloud Accounts, it doesn't currently have a RESTful API available. You have the option of either using an ODBC connection for read-only queries, or the 50 SDK as part of the developer programme. If this is something you are interested in, let us know by getting in touch via this address: [email protected] thanks, Ben
  5. Hi, Thanks for getting in touch, This forum is for developer support using Sage Business Cloud Accounting, a cloud native accounting software. I'm sorry to see you are having issues in Sage 50cloud Accounts, I've not seen reports of this behaviour, so I'd strongly recommend you check your data for any signs of corruption and contact our support team: via web chat: Sage Help Centre call: 0191 479 5955 (UK), or 014 470 822 (Ireland) Thanks, Ben
  6. Hi Collin, We have some other local products on Sage City, and there is a support area for Sage 300 which you can find here: Sage 300 - Sage City Community Ben
  7. Hi Adam, Unfortunately not, we don't currently have the means for this app registry's credentials to be migrated to another user. All you can really do is set up another one, this time using a more general email, that multiple people in the company will have access to and create a new app, then update the credentials in your app. I wish there were a way, and its something that will be available in the future, once Accounting joins our main app registry (you've probably noticed there's two in the list). Apologies for the inconvenience, Ben
  8. No problem at all Mathew, thanks for coming back to us. Ben
  9. Hi Carla, Are you able to re-submit? I was told by a colleague someone would be in touch - has this not happened? Ben
  10. Hi @Xavi Segarra, We have a seperate forum over on Sage City that has more regional apps, such as 200c in Spain. I'd recommend asking there: Sage 200 EspaƱa - Sage City Community Ben
  11. Hi @Rob Wynn, The only other thing I could add is that we have some help articles for the use of the web app which you can find here: Financial year end (sage.com) and specifically on changing the financial year here: Change financial year end date (sage.com) Ben
  12. Thanks for providing this - Ill look to get this amended. I'll investigate the Start credit note issue - but it shouldn't allow it, its not something possible in Start in the web app. You can post Sales Invoices, Money In, and Money out transactions only. Ben
  13. Hi Miles, The docs you have referenced are for Sage Accounting which is a multi-region cloud native application. For Sage 50 in the US, you would need to join the partner programme, which you can find out about via this link: https://www.sage.com/en-us/partners/join-us/ You can sign up here: https://partnerhub.sage.com/?eid=1302 Someone from the team should then be in touch to discuss things further, and should also be able to assist re: Sage 100 too. Ben
  14. Hi @A FAlain, Sorry, I've re-read your initial post and this is a very poor error message, but credit notes are not available in the Accounting Start variant. As such you'll need to create a new trial here for either an Accounting Standard or Plus variant (depending on region). Its always worth checking on the API reference, as we note which variants support each endpoint there. I'll feed this error messaging back to the engineering teams as well. Ben
  15. Hi Alain, Can you provide me with the body of the request you are sending please? Ben
  16. So a colleague in Spain has told me that in order to proceed you need to enroll into a course which can be registered for using this email: [email protected] If you contact them, apparently they will be able to give you the next steps for 200c ES. Again, apologies for the complexity - if you have any other issues let me know, Ben
  17. Hi @Carla Costea I'm doing my best to chase this up for you - I'm sorry its been so difficult to get started on this one. Re: the Accounting App registry, you should receive a code by email - have you checked your junk etc? Ben
  18. My apologies that you haven't had a response @Carla Costea - I can try and see if there's any other options. Ben
  19. Hi @Carla Costea - if you email the team via [email protected] they will be able to help you directly. Thanks Ben
  20. Hi Sonya, Thanks for the feedback, but can you state which Sage product you are using? Ben
  21. Hi Pascal, Apologies for the delay in replying. For Sage 1000, your best bet is to head over to Sage City, which is another community for regional products. https://www.sagecity.com/fr/ There you'll be able to find support specifically to 1000. Ben
  22. Hi Miles, I don't believe we have a definitive list or what's required for each product, but I agree this would be a really helpful thing to have. I'll look into trying to put something together. In the meantime, if you list out the products (and geographical regions) you are wanting to work with, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction for each. Ben
  23. Hi Joju, Please see me recommendation in the welcome area about accessing support for the US versions on Sage City: Ben
  24. Welcome to the developer community Joju. I assume with you referencing Sage 100 you are working in the US? If so I'd recommend joining Sage City which is another area for some of our other products. We hope to have everything in one place at some point, but for now I'd head to https://www.sagecity.com/us/ then check out the local products for both 100 and 50 US. If I'm wrong about the US let me know and I'll do what I can to help! Ben
  25. Hi Carla, Leave this with me, I'm discussing it with a colleague in Spain who is looking into it for me. I'll be back to you as soon as I have more! Ben
