Frederick Almond Posted May 21 Share Posted May 21 When I reset a Web Service user's password, I reset it via the "Reset password" button on the UI under the "Company" tab. Lee Savidge Posted May 24 Share Posted May 24 I think you can raise a support ticket as well to change the password to set it to what you want. I've not done that before so I don't know if you will get an email response with it in as well. Other thant that, this is the only way to set the password.
