Resetting a Web Service User's password via email

When I reset a Web Service user's password, I reset it via the "Reset password" button on the UI under the "Company" tab. Is this the only way to reset a Web Service User's password? Using the method I described sends me a new password in plaintext via email.

I think you can raise a support ticket as well to change the password to set it to what you want. I've not done that before so I don't know if you will get an email response with it in as well. Other thant that, this is the only way to set the password.
